In the article published in January 2020, we mentioned the introduction of a new partnership option for WCRT 2019, thus encouraging the companies to invest in their young talents and give them a strong sign of recognition, by providing them with an opportunity to gain access to international exposure and offering a networking platform for young railway talent.
WCRT (organised every two years – the next one scheduled for 2021) is from now on supporting Talent attraction & retention with this new partnership option.
The WCRT 2019 young professionals were enrolled in a specific programme organised during the congress with the support of a professional coach, in order to get information and feedback about their expectations as well as enhance their cross-cultural skills. The group presented the feedback of their cooperation at the last plenary session of the congress.
The group committed itself to come back to the next WCRT in 2021 to present the results of these two years of collaboration.
