Lukasz Boron has replaced Wojciech Balczun who stepped down last month.
Lukasz Boron has 10 years’ experience in restructuring, mergers, evaluations and financing consultancy in Eastern and Central European companies. Between 2008 and 2011 he worked for KPMG Corporate Finance as deputy director of a unit responsible for giving advice on mergers, acquisitions, and valuation of assets and restructuring. Since 2011, he has been vice-director of the investment banking unit at Vienna’s Erste Bank, responsible for merger and acquisition processes. Since July 2012 he has been a member of the management board of PKP Cargo SA as finance director.
