The German infrastructure manager DB Netz AG led by Oliver Kraft, Chaiman of the Board, and the French rail infrastructure manager Réseau Ferré de France led by Hubert du Mesnil, President of RFF, signed an agreement on 21 September during the InnoTrans fair in Berlin with the objective of developing a closer cooperation on issues related to railway infrastructure.

The goal consists in particular in developing new synergies through common work, and facilitating and simplifying international traffic operations in particular in the areas Timetables, Environment and Infrastructure improvements.
