3rd InfraGuidER Workshop:

“Establishing the benefits of EcoProcurement for railway Infrastructure” to be held in Paris on 8 June

This last InfraGuidER workshop will give an update about the progress being made on the environmental sustainability of railway infrastructure. Sleepers, rail grinding and electronic components will be the selected components study cases for trialling the draft of the Guidelines being developed, with focus on eco-procurement.

Infrastructure Managers and Suppliers will discuss on the evaluation of environmental impact of infrastructure, good procurement practices for Sustainability and the benefits of the eco-procurement Guidelines.

The workshop will pave the way towards the final drawing of the Guidelines for enhancing the environmental performance of railway infrastructure.
